Community room reservation requests are on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservation requests need to be made at least 7 days in advance and can be made up to 60 days in advance. 

Conference room reservations are on a first-come, first served basis. Reservations can be made up to 7 days in advance.

Conference Rooms

Conference rooms are available in the libraries for use by the public for quiet study and small group meetings.  

  1. Conference rooms may be booked for two (2) hours at a time.  If at the end of the two (2) hours, no one is waiting for a room, it may be booked for additional time, based on usage and branch staff discretion.  
  2. Users are expected to observe the occupancy requirement posted in each room.  
  3. The person who reserves the room must be present in the conference room during the reservation period.
  4. All Library policies apply to the use of the conference rooms.  Please refer to FAC-9 and INF-4 for age restrictions. 
  5. The rooms and their furnishings must be left in their original condition. The user will be liable for replacement or repair of library property damaged due to misuse. 
  6. The library reserves the right to remove unattended belongings. The library cannot be responsible for items left unattended in a conference room.
  7. Notice will be given 20 minutes in advance of closing and all individuals must leave the conference room at least ten (10) minutes before closing time.
