Mommy & Me Yoga In-Person
Motherhood is beautiful — and it’s also exhausting, tender, and transformative. This class offers a supportive space for moms to reconnect with their bodies, bond with their babies, and feel seen by a community that understands. Through functional movement, breathwork, and shared moments with your little one, you’ll begin to release tension, rebuild strength, and restore balance — physically and emotionally. Open to all moms and babies (6 weeks to pre-crawling or crawling welcome). No prior yoga experience needed. This class is prenatal friendly with a RPYT (registered prenatal yoga teacher).
